I am in no way, shape, or form a “Susie Homemaker”. I am a Boss B!tch, who gets things done, works long hours, and lives according to her dreams and what it takes to achieve them. That being said – this girl doesn’t have a lot of time on her hands to cook!
This chicken dinner is delicious, good for ya, and lasts about 2 days (and yes – it reheats quite well!) Fire up that crockpot (or slow cooker) and get ready for your

house to smell amazing, and your body to FEEL amazing.
Here we go!
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 pound red potatoes, halved
1 pound baby carrots
1 pound green beans, trimmed
1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce (I used Braggs Liquid Aminos instead)
1/3 cup honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
- Put chicken breasts, potatoes and carrots in a 6-7 quarter slow cooker
- In a separate bowl whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, basil, oregano and pepper
- Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Add the green beans for the last 30 – 45 minute
I told you this was going to be easy! Now sit back, relax, and turn on some Bravo TV 🙂
