Hmmm…

When I think of “cafe latte” I imagine a warm, cozy coffee house. Little trinkets all around, cozy tables in various corners, book shelves, art on the walls — oh wait, that sounds like the old coffee house in my neighborhood. But seriously, I immediately get a calming sensation — a little hug in a mug, if you will! I do love coffee.

So, Team Beachbody announced today at the Leadership Conference that a new flavor of Shakeology will be gracing our presence in early 2016 – Cafe Latte.

Now, I love coffee! But I am really wondering what we are in for with this one. I know it’s going to be great – I just can’t really guess on the flavoring! I’m assuming rich coffee flavor, but played down as if you were to have it with milk or creamer (hence the “latte” part).

What I love about this, though, is that unlike a lot of other shakes out there, there aren’t any artificial flavors or coloring in Cafe Latte Shakeology. It is made with whole coffee fruit, which is the fruit that coffee beans actually come from. There are no added sweeteners either – so you can kiss any worry regarding Sucralose or Aspartame goodbye!

And can I be honest with you for a moment?

Ever since purchasing Shakeology Boost: Focused Energy back in July at Beachbody Coach Summit, I haven’t had to have coffee anymore. There was no headache from getting off of the coffee, at all – with the Focused Energy I feel so much better that I don’t need a cup — but I love the taste of coffee!!! So a part of me has really missed it (and I don’t do decaf!)

My idea – pair this puppy with my Shakeology Boost Focused Energy and watch some magic happen.
